Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Job Description: 

Entrée Capital Ventures is searching for an Office Manager & Business Partner Assistant to join our Israel team. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will also have the opportunity to evolve professionally and get exposure to the best that the Israeli startup ecosystem has to offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the office focal point for employee operational and administrative needs.
  • Manage office services including front desk, greet, assist and direct visitors and employees and manage the conference rooms.
  • Track and purchase orders.
  • Manage all office-related issues including maintenance, supplies, equipment, grocery shopping, etc.
  • New employee integration.
  • Work closely with two business partners providing all aspects of executive assistance including diary management and appointment scheduling.
  • Travel coordination: tickets, booking, visas, schedules, etc.
  • Support planning and production of the organization’s events and off-sites.

Requirements:

  • A ‘Can-Do’ approach with a positive, friendly attitude
  • Willingness to work a position 100% from the office.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A good organizational ability with attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple interfaces with a smile.
  • Proficient in G-Suites (Gmail, Drive…) and Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Acquainted with Monday.com an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • 2 years of experience in office and/or administration role an advantage.
  • A high level of discretion, commitment, and dedication
