Reut MeirsonVP of People at Darrow

Reut holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and boasts extensive HR management experience in global high-tech companies. Previously, as VP HR at Hysolate and Director of HR at Dynamic Yield (later acquired by McDonald’s and Mastercard). Reut spearheaded initiatives that fueled employee engagement and organizational success. Her expertise is supporting management and employees, ensuring cross-company alignment, and creating an environment where both the company and its employees can flourish.

Maya BenichouHead of Organizational Development at Entrée Capital

Maya is an organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. Having served in the Israel defense Force in military intelligence in an HR role, Maya went on to study a B.Sc. in Behavioral Sciences, then a MA. Social Psychology and finally a Ph.D. in Education Innovation. Before joining Entrée capital Maya was part of the AmDocs (NASDAQ) leadership team.
