Aviad (Avi) Eyal is co-founder and Managing Partner of Entrée Capital. Avi's portfolio includes monday.com (NASDAQ:MNDY), Riskified (NYSE:RSKD), Coupang (NYSE:CPNG), PillPack (acq. by Amazon), Prospa (ASX:PGL), Breezometer (acq. by Google), Deliveroo (LON:ROO), Weavy (acq. by Figma), Empathy and Stripe, all of which he led the investments in. Avi is listed on the Forbes European VC Midas List (#1 in 2023) as well as on the Forbes Midas List of Top Global Investors (#16 in 2025).
Prior to starting Entrée Capital, Avi co-founded a number of successful businesses including Cura Software, Insight Technologies and ZenProp and provided the first capital to a number of companies in USA and Europe. He co-founded SigmaLabs, a non-profit accelerator helping young founders start their first businesses. Avi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Natal. Avi serves on the board of SpaceIL, an Israeli NGO seeking to land a spacecraft on the Moon, and One Heart (Lev Ehad), a global all-volunteer emergency response NGO.
Ran Achituv has been part of the Israeli technology ecosystem for the past 20 years, from his time founding the IDF's Satellite Intelligence unit, through senior roles with Israeli tech giants such as Amdocs, as CTO, and Verint. Ran was a lecturer at the Computer Science department at Reichman University. Ran holds a Kellogg MBA and co-founded a number of startups. Ran serves on the Israel National Quantum Task Force.
Eran Bielski is a General Partner at Entrée Capital. He joined Entrée Capital in 2015, where he co-founded the SigmaLabs accelerator and ran a portfolio startup before specializing in investing and becoming a Partner in 2018. Prior to joining Entrée, Eran focused on financial restructuring and M&As at J.P. Morgan. He graduated with a B.A in Business & Finance from Reichman University, where he also worked as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant in entrepreneurship.
Yoni Osherov is a General Partner at Entrée Capital. He joined the firm in 2025 after serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at monday.com (NASDAQ:MNDY), where he played a key role in scaling the company from $10M to over $1B in ARR over the last 7 years. At monday.com, Yoni built and led the global revenue organization, overseeing all customer-facing teams, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Service, and Customer Experience. He was part of the key management team that took the company public in 2021.. Prior to monday.com, he spent over a decade at Verint, where his last role was Vice President of Product Strategy. Yoni managed the Speech & Text Analytics business unit. Prior to Verint, Yoni co-founded a startup that was later acquired by Zap Group.

Maya Benichou is an organizational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience. Having served in the Israel Defense Force (IDF) in military intelligence in an HR role, Maya went on to study a B.Sc. in Behavioral Sciences, then a M.A. in Social Psychology and finally a Ph.D. in Education Innovation. Prior to joining Entrée Capital, Maya was part of the AmDocs (NASDAQ:DOX) leadership team.
Yael Gruenbaum-Cohen has almost 2 decades of experience in healthcare, biotech, and venture investing. Before co-founding Entrée Bio, she was a Partner at aMoon, leading investments and pharma collaborations across therapeutics and enabling technologies. Yael previously served as General Manager at Medison Ventures, where she drove licensing deals and built industry–academia partnerships. Yael holds a DMD and Ph.D. in molecular genetics from the Hebrew University and Weizmann Institute and co-founded WE@HealthTech, an organization advancing female leadership in health technology.
Michelle Lynn Hall has spent two decades at the forefront of biotech, from her early work in computational chemistry and small molecules at Schrödinger and Novartis, to her leadership in mRNA, lipid nanoparticles, and genetic medicines at Moderna and Eli Lilly. She founded and scaled Lilly’s Genetic Medicines group in Boston, building collaborations across China and Europe, and has held leadership roles in research and development. Michelle holds a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry from Columbia University and has served as an advisor, entrepreneur, and board member in the biotech venture ecosystem.
Saul Levin is a South African who began his career in investment banking before joining the investment team of a prominent VC. Thereafter he spent time at Google in Dublin before he was hired by Entrée Capital as an investor in 2000. Saul graduated from Reichman University with a B.A. in Economics & Finance and co-founded the University’s Venture Capital Club.
Tomer Niv began his crypto career in 2017 at the Israeli crypto broker Bits of Gold. Thereafter Tomer joined eToro and led their global Crypto business strategy for 3 years, before joining Entrée Capital, where he now leads Entrée's crypto efforts. Tomer is also a mentor in the Web3 accelerator Outlier Ventures, a contributor to Forbes Digital Assets and the Editor in Chief of the newsletter Web3 Israel. Tomer is a certified attorney who holds an LL.B. and LL.M. in Law and B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University.
Eli Dubnov began his career as an advisor at PwC, later joining a private equity fund focusing on impact investing. He was then recruited as an associate for McKinsey & Company, subsequently joining Entrée Capital as an investor in 2021. Eli holds a B.A. in Business Management from Reichman University in Israel and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Maor's first interaction with the technology and startup world was during his internship at the Tel Aviv University Entrepreneurship Center while studying towards his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics. As an accomplished CPA having worked at Ernst & Young and then as a controller at Aleph VC, Maor manages Entrée's finance and operations team in Israel since joining the firm in 2001.
John Maraganore is a pioneering biotech executive and scientist was the founding CEO of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, which he led from 2002-2021. Alnylam advanced RNA interference (RNAi) from discovery to approval and commercialization of five RNAi medicines and grew to over $25B in market cap. Earlier, he held senior roles at Millennium Pharmaceuticals and Biogen, where he invented and led the development of ANGIOMAX®. John now leads JMM Innovations, serves on the boards of Takeda, Beam, Kymera, and Rapport. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Chicago.
Thaminda Ramanayake is a global biopharma executive with two decades of experience in business development and strategy across biotech and pharma. He currently serves as Chief Business Officer at CureVac and previously held senior roles at Affini-T, Sanofi, BioMarin, and Amgen. Trained as both scientist and strategist, Thaminda holds a B.S. in Molecular, Cellular & Systems Biology, an M.S. in Immunology, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester. His career bridges science and business, with a focus on building high-impact partnerships and companies.
Otniel Ben Amara is the VP of Data at Entrée Capital. Otniel specializes in data strategy and data architecture. Prior to joining Entrée, Otniel was a partner and the CDO at TASC Consulting. He also co-founded Dojo BI, a data studio for early stage startups. In his 15 years of experience in data, Otniel worked with dozens of startups, enterprises, and government offices on their data challenges. Otniel also mentors Entrée Capital portfolio companies’ data leaders and teams. Otniel holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Reichman University.
Jessica Yakim is VP Marketing at Entrée Capital, shaping how a $1.5B multi-stage fund shows up in the world- to founders, investors, and the broader tech ecosystem. Her work spans brand strategy, content, community, and ecosystem intelligence. She builds and runs the fund's content and social presence, the networks and events that bring the community to life, and the research that tracks where the market is heading. Jessica works closely with Entrée's early-stage portfolio companies, helping founders think through their positioning and marketing at the moments it matters most. Before Entrée, Jessica led marketing at TASC, one of Israel's leading management consulting firms. She holds a MBA and B.A. in Communication and Management, specializing in marketing, both from Tel Aviv University.
Yohana Avitan studied tax consulting and payroll accounting at Mishalev College, and received an accounting degree from the College of Management in Israel. Yohana joined Entrée after a period at Perryllion, a company that specialized in accompanying and providing financial services to startup companies. She currently works as a Bookkeeper & Payroll Manager in Entrée’s finance department.
