It began as an internal tool at Wix where Roy experienced first-hand the scaling challenges of team communication, transparency, workflow and accountability. The tools that existed were too rigid, too siloed or too complex. They came up with monday.com (then called dapulse). The rest is history!
monday.com was seeded by Entrée Capital, which also led the Series A and continued to invest in the Series B and C. The company IPO'd on NASDAQ (MNDY) in June 2021 at over $8bn.
